Left over squash?! Hehe, I do get around plenty of it lately 😉 Put together a quick & delicious side dish, perfect to pair with your turkey, chicken or pork chop. Today I was thinking about posting the recipe of my ‘bomb’ Tacos, but instead decided to share this variation to the usual “Taco Tuesday”: Chicken Avocado & Jalapeño Burgers. Literally one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life! Quick and easy to prepare, super tasty and fresh with cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Ohh Pumpkin Pie…a classic of the season! Thanksgiving is approaching fast (WAY too fast!), and a lot of us are starting putting together the ‘Holiday’ menu. This recipe will give a different twist to your Pumpkin Pie. To start with, it doesn’t pack all the sugar you would normally find in a regular pie. It is dairy and gluten free, and the combination of coconut & almond flour gives a nutty finish that is perfect with the natural pumpkin flavor.
