This no bake chocolate-pomegranate tart is seriously too good to be true. Although my original recipe calls for a raw, gluten & grain free crust, I decided to post the ‘quicker and easier’ version of it. CRANBERRIES YAY!
This is the season! And who doesn’t love them?! Did you know they are considered one of the ‘world’s healthiest foods’? Cranberries provide us with an incredible array of phytonutrients, such as phenolic acids, proanthocyanidins, anthocyanins, flavonoids and triterpenoids.
